Referrals

Referrals gives eligible users one place to share Chaka Markets, grow a three-level network and understand where eligible commission comes from.

The programme is designed so users can see the difference between people they invited directly and the wider network created beneath those referrals.

The three commission levels

Level 1 — Direct

Level 1 contains users who join through the account’s personal Chaka Markets referral link.

Their qualifying activity is connected directly to the referring account and earns commission at the Level 1 rate shown in the Referrals dashboard.

Level 2 — Indirect

Level 2 contains users invited by a Level 1 referral.

Their qualifying activity is recorded one level below the direct network and earns commission at the Level 2 rate shown in the dashboard.

Level 3 — Extended

Level 3 contains users invited by someone in Level 2.

This is the final supported network level and earns commission at the Level 3 rate shown in the dashboard.

Each level is tracked separately so the user can understand where network growth, eligible activity and commission originated.

How the referral journey works

1. The user copies the personal Chaka Markets referral link.
2. A new user opens that link and completes the required account journey.
3. The referral relationship is assigned to the correct level.
4. Eligible activity is measured under the live programme rules.
5. Commission appears as Pending while the activity is checked or settled.
6. Confirmed commission becomes Available.
7. Available rewards can be claimed through the supported payout flow.
8. Completed claims appear as Paid in reward history.

What users can monitor

• Total and active referrals.
• Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 network counts.
• Eligible activity attributed to each level.
• Pending commission.
• Available commission.
• Total earned and paid rewards.
• Referral and payout history.

Commission rates and eligibility

The live percentage for each level, qualifying activity, payment asset, claim threshold and payout rules shown in the Referrals dashboard are the terms that apply to the account.

Opening a link alone does not guarantee eligibility. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, artificial activity or other abuse may be excluded or reversed under the programme terms.
